This notice explains how HappyOnam.com uses information when you browse, save deals, create an account, or report a listing.

Accounts and saved deals

We store your mobile number, name, a hashed sign-in PIN, verification status, saved deals, and profile details you choose to provide. Signed cookies keep you signed in and store guest wishlist IDs for up to 30 days. Guest saves merge into your account when you sign in.

Reviews and reports

Reviews display your chosen name, rating, comment, and date publicly. Listing reports and resolution notes are available to administrators. Avoid including private or payment information in either.

Service data

We count searches, visits from search results to deals, and clicks through to sellers. These counters contain a day, event type, and where relevant a listing ID; they do not store your search text, phone number, or a visitor identifier. Counters are retained for up to 90 days and may include repeat visits or bots.

To limit abuse, we temporarily store hashed request identifiers derived from network addresses or phone numbers. Service logs can contain request and operational information. Account records, reviews, and reports remain available for service operation until removed; contact us about deletion or correction.

External services and links

Verification messages are delivered through SMS or WhatsApp providers using your mobile number. Fonts and interface scripts are served by HappyOnam. External seller websites and WhatsApp have their own privacy practices when you open them.
